Newton Reopening Rollback: Phase 2, Step 2

Beginning Friday, December 18, Newton will join Boston and other communities by returning to the Phase 2, Step 2 reopening plan for Massachusetts for three weeks until January 8^th.  The reasoning is to reduce the impact of a regional surge of COVID-19 cases in the City. Most businesses will be affected but there are some that will have to close starting Friday.
