The City of Newton’s Zoning and Planning Committee has ended Phase 3 of its Village Center Rezoning including draft zoning district maps and draft zoning ordinance text. The committee is now looking for input from everyone as the zoning will become more defined in order to put together a final version sometime in 2023.
