This special event, blending lecture and live performance, will take place on Wednesday, April 2, at 2:00 PM in the Druker Auditorium. Serbian-born singer and Berklee professor Tamara Jokic will explore world music through photos, videos, conversation, and live singing in multiple languages. Audience participation is encouraged, making it an interactive and enriching experience. Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. This event is presented in partnership with the Department of Older Adult Services.

Looking to pick up a fun and easy instrument? Learn Ukulele with Julie Stepanek Murray offers a beginner-friendly introduction to playing the ukulele on Thursday, April 3, at 7:00 PM in the Druker Auditorium. No experience is needed! Participants can register to use one of Julie’s ukuleles or bring their own and join without signing up in advance. Julie, a self-taught musician from western Massachusetts, has been teaching and performing throughout New England for over a decade. Don’t miss this chance to make music in a relaxed and welcoming setting!
