Innovation Showcase - Katherine Taylor Masks of Boston

Jay talks with Katherine Taylor. Katherine is a highly accomplished Boston-based photojournalist and freelance photographer and she’s here today to share with us one of her current projects entitled Masks of Boston—a fascinating online initiative displaying a wide-range of masked individuals accompanied by their responses to the question, "Who Do You Wear a Mask For?" During the program, we’ll be learning why and how Masks of Boston came about and how it’s grown, developed, and operates today. We’ll go on a behind-the-scenes tour of Katherine’s portraits, and, in the process, come to better understand and appreciate how she goes about creating her engaging photographs and the insightful responses she’s obtained to the question, "Who Do You Wear a Mask For?" In addition, Katherine will also be sharing some of her other captivating photography.
