NewTV is beyond excited to fully re-open our facility for the summer months! We can't wait to see both familiar and new faces back in the studio! Walk-ins are welcome for equipment pick-up/drop-off or editing time. As always, reservations are required for studio use. Please click here for more details about our current procedures for visiting NewTV. Thank you for your unyielding patience and cooperation during the past 2 years as we have worked through the pandemic together.

Museum Open House - New Art Center

Jay talks with Emily O’Neil, Quin Feder, Ibrahim Ali-Salaam, Abby Kutin, Nancy Marks, and Kim Spencer--all of whom are associated with the New Art Center. Emily serves as the Executive Director, Quinell is the Development Coordinator, Ibrahim is a Boston-based artist who was also the curator of the New Art Center’s powerful and inspiring new online exhibition entitled Peaceful Protest Posters. Kim was a former member of the Board of Governors and now serves on the Building Committee. Abby and Nancy are students at the New Art Center and some of their work is part of the exhibition as is Kim’s. During the program we’ll find out why and how the exhibition came about, we’ll go on a behind-the-scenes tour, and in the process, come to better understand and appreciate the wide-range of responses to the recent acts of violence against Black and brown people across the United States.
